This fee covers the entire end-to-end process, from defining your service needs to receiving a clear, evidence-based comparison of suppliers.

Yes, the fee is fully refundable. Once you appoint a supplier from the matched options, Proco refunds your matchmaking fee in full. From that point forward, the supplier you appoint pays Proco’s fee instead, keeping the process fair and low-risk for you.
